Every Sunday morning from June through August, Soul Expansion transforms the historic gardens of Casa Loma into an outdoor sanctuary for breathwork, movement, and meaningful connection. Each week features a new community wellness collaborator alongside our core Soul Expansion journey.
Breathwork
30 minutes of guided transformational breathwork — reset your nervous system and elevate your energy.
Movement
Weekly guest collaborator leading yoga, pilates, stretch or somatic movement to ground and open the body.
Sound & Music
Live music and gentle soundscape weaving through the journey — frequency as medicine.
Community
After each session, linger on the terrace — connect with Toronto's growing wellness community.
